About My Family & Maternity Portrait Photography Sessions

Portraits record the obvious milestones: engagements, weddings, pregnancy, family, celebrations - creating a critical historical record.

But they also serve a quieter purpose: revealing parts of ourselves we can’t see in the moment. We look back and gain a new understanding of our own beauty and humanity, seeing our history and who we love with greater clarity and grace.

They’re a passage into our history, a reflection of our life path, a glimpse at truths that evolve over time.

I’ve developed a few kinds of sessions that centralize on capturing presence in the moment, but serve to accomplish particular vision & needs I’ve seen from my clients over the last decade.
